And this state cannot be faked. It can only be opened from within — through the practice of presence, through the body, through clearing blocks, through remembering who you really are.

Then your energy flows freely and fills everything you touch. Even the simplest actions become alive, powerful, and bring real results.

But it’s just a mask. And it keeps you from meeting your true self.

Until you drop this mask and accept your darker parts, you won’t come home to your truth.

When you allow yourself to be everything — kind and cruel, selfish and generous, polite and rude, soft and fierce — only then can you finally stand face to face with who you really are.

This is only possible through awareness, in deep connection with your own body and nervous system.
