The Mask of the Good Person

People love their sweet self — soft, pleasant, comforting. This is the ego’s favorite disguise: always wanting to be good, kind, wearing the mask of a beautiful person — generous, soulful, decent.

But it’s just a mask. And it keeps you from meeting your true self.

Until you drop this mask and accept your darker parts, you won’t come home to your truth.

When you allow yourself to be everything — kind and cruel, selfish and generous, polite and rude, soft and fierce — only then can you finally stand face to face with who you really are.

This is only possible through awareness, in deep connection with your own body and nervous system.

Art can be a guide on this path — pointing beyond masks, straight into what’s real.
If this resonates and you feel ready to go deeper, I hold space for private or small-group mentoring journeys.
